Adding A Meeting Booked Tag

A key part of our platform is the ability to track meeting booked data. In order to do this, we need to know when you book a call by using a category inside Smartlead. Every time you book a call, simply change the lead's category to 'Meeting Booked' in your master inbox and we'll track the data.

Step 1: Visit Smartlead

Visit: https://app.smartlead.ai/

Make sure you are logged in as an admin user.

Step 2: Go To Your Smartlead Settings

Click on your profile picture in the top right then select 'Settings'.

Step 3: Go To Lead Category Settings

From the main settings page, select 'Lead Categories' from the left-hand sidebar.

Step 4: Add A New Category

Select 'Add New Category from the top of the page.

Step 5: Configure Your New Category

You'll now see a popup to add a new category. Enter the settings below:

Lead Category: Meeting Booked (or something similar)

Category Sentiment: Positive

Category Colour: A colour of your choice

Finally, select the Create button.
