Adding And Configuring A New Client
If you are an agency that wants to manage all their clients reporting through Acquisition OS then you'll need to add each of them to the platform. We've made this super simple to do, each client will have the same kind of access to the platform that you do but will only be able to see their data.
Adding A Client
Inviting your clients to join Acquisition OS can be done in just 2 clicks.
Step 1: Navigate To Agency Page
Visit: https://app.acquisitionsystems.com/home/agency
If you've never added a client before, you'll see a blank page with a small plus in the top right corner. You can also access this page by clicking on the Agency tab from the settings menu.

Step 2: Generate Your Invite Link
Click the plus in the top right corner.

A popup will appear with your unique invite link, click on this to copy it to the clipboard.

You can now send this link to your client to sign up. They will go through the exact same onboarding process as you did but they will be added to your sub-account list so you can view their data.
Configuring A Client
Once a client has signed up, you'll want to connect their Smartlead data to Acquisition OS without having to log into their account.
Step 1: Navigate To Agency Page
Visit: https://app.acquisitionsystems.com/home/agency
Here you will see a list of all your sub-accounts (clients), this is where you'll manage their Smartlead API Integrations.

Step 2: Add An API Key
Next to the client you want to update, enter their Smartlead API key into the input box.
This can either be your API key if they have a client ID in your Smartlead account or it can be their own independent Smartlead API key if you run their campaigns on a separate Smartlead account.
When you enter the API key, it will save automatically and start collecting data straight away.

Step 3: Assign A Client ID
If you want to assign a client ID to this client, select the dropdown next to the API Key input and choose the Smartlead client you'd like to apply. Select 'No Client ID' if you want to collect all data from the account.
If you select the dropdown and there are no options available then it means you have no clients configured in Smartlead.
